Dear Partner,
The Hungarian Branch of Melecs EWS GmbH / registered office: 9027 Győr, Berkenyefa sor 2. Hereinafter: the Company/, as a data controller, carries out its data processing activities in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information /Info Act/ and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR"). In 2023, the Company will prepare a sustainability strategy and report aimed at prioritizing tasks and defining company goals more precisely. The Company shall provide the received documentation with a date of receipt and handle it as confidential data.
Data processing during data collection:
Purpose of data processing: defining the Company's corporate goals and prioritizing tasks
Categories of data processed: country name, name of the person completing, name of the organization represented, e-mail address, status of the person completing /employee, supplier/, year of birth, gender, highest level of education.
Legal basis for data processing: voluntary consent of the applicant on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by accepting the privacy notice.
Duration of data processing: until the purpose of data processing is achieved, up to 1 year after the evaluation. The applicant may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, using the contact details provided in the privacy notice.
Transfer of data to the data processor: to an external sustainability expert:

Persons authorized to access the data: persons authorized to represent the Company, the HR and Quality Manager, the sustainability expert, and the data protection officer.
Remedies: Based on the Company's data security and data protection policy, you may request access to your personal data, correction of the data, restriction of the processing of personal data, as well as the portability of personal data relating to you, or – with the exception of the data processing obligations specified by law – to submit a request for deletion at the contact details indicated in the statement. The Company shall provide information on the measures taken in response to the applications without undue delay, but not later than within 30 days of receipt of the application.
